A dog interview may be required to approve pet. Management may ask for a reference from your veterinarian regarding pet(s) behavior. A copy of a current photo of your pet and vaccination record is required.&nbsp; Failing to provide this information may result in denial of pet.<br /><br />Resident understands and agrees that if a pet is obtained during their tenancy at Lakewood, the pet must be approved by management, A&nbsp;$500.00 pet deposit (per pet) must be paid prior to bringing the pet on the premises. A dog pet rent of $20 per month pet rent(per pet) Cats-$20 per month (per pet) must be paid. 2 pet max per unit.<br /><br />Management reserves the right to restrict animals not generally maintained as pets such as large reptiles, anthropoids, felines other than domestic cats, canines other than dogs, rodents, mammals, and birds and all others at our discretion.&nbsp; Unusual and illegal animals are prohibited.
